BT-150 PCD Tool Grinding Machine

The market demand for PCD/CBN tool is increasing rapidly, and these tools are used predominantly in the industry, where tool with long life span is called for in conjunction with highly abrasive, non-ferrous material and wood. CBN tool can also be used in metal machine industry. PCD/CBN tool life is up to 500 times longer than carbide tools.
BT-150 is designed for the economical manufacturing and regrinding of cutting tools made from PCD, PCBN, CVD, tungsten, carbide and other materials. It can grind angles and radii on standard and special turning and milling inserts, boring tools, grooving tools and many types of special turning tools.

Air pressure as power of feed, high production efficiency, good quality of the blade.
Reciprocating running of grinding wheel is from machinery crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, stable and reliable.
The display of images and coordinates with PC, the active two circles as depicting line, it does not affect observation.

Standard equipment mainly includes main machine; video optical CCD system with 0.7x-4.5x zoom and 19 inch monitor; coolant system; 3 HP variable speed (500-4000 rpm) grinding spindle; tool base of travel 55 mm and height can be adjustable; diamond grinding wheel; height is adjustable of clamping fixture for cutters.
